About Spade Roofing & Gutters

Ace oversees every part of the operation. From inspections and estimates to new construction, metal roofing, ordering materials, and managing projects from start to finish. He’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and known for giving honest recommendations and making sure things are done right.

Outside of work, Ace enjoys coaching his son in football and baseball, watching sports (especially his Aggies — he’s a former walk-on at Texas A&M University), spending time at the beach, and being home with his family.

Courtney handles all the behind-the-scenes and day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly. From customer communication and scheduling to marketing and organization, she helps make sure homeowners feel taken care of throughout the entire process.

If you call the office, you’ll likely talk to Courtney.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with family, hosting get-togethers, beach vacations, and cheering her kids on at all their activities.

Reece handles everything shingle-related — from inspections and estimates to ordering materials and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. With a strong background in roofing and construction, he works closely with homeowners and crews to ensure every job is completed the right way.

Outside of work, Reece enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and their dog Cali, golfing, traveling, and watching football. He’s also a former Texas A&M walk-on and Ace’s identical twin brother.

Debbie helps keep the day-to-day office operations organized and running smoothly. She actually started as a customer after we replaced her roof, and Ace quickly realized she’d be a great fit for the team.

Since becoming Spade Roofing & Gutters’ first non-family hire, Debbie has become a huge asset — and part of the family.

An animal lover at heart, Debbie enjoys helping customers, supporting the team, and making sure everything stays on track.

Charles handles gutter projects and small repairs and is always ready to help wherever he’s needed.

Charles is Courtney’s dad, so like most things around here, it’s a family operation. After a long career as an auto mechanic for Ford, he wasn’t quite ready to spend all of his time on the golf course yet, so he came to help support the family business.

His decades of hands-on experience and steady approach make him a trusted part of the team.
