Our 5-Step Process

  • 1. Initial Inspection

    Call Spade Roofing and Gutters today at (512) 237-8620 to schedule a FREE inspection. We will evaluate your property for any storm damage. 

  • 2. Filing a Claim

    If damage is found, we will advise you to call your insurance company and file a claim. You will need to tell your insurance company the date of loss. If no damage is found, we will let you know. Time is valuable and we won't waste your time with a claim that will get denied. 

  • 3. Adjuster Meeting

    The insurance adjuster will inspect your property. Once approved, the insurance company will send you the insurance paperwork. Insurance pays for everything minus the deductible. 

  • 4. Contract Signing

    Send us a copy of the insurance paperwork, sign a contract, pick a color and schedule your project!

  • 5. Invoicing

    Once the job is 100% complete. We will invoice your insurance company. The insurance company will then release your depreciation. This process can take 3-10 business days depending on the insurance company.
