We walk you through the process from start to finish so you always know what to expect.  The process begins with a roof inspection to assess the condition of your roof and provide an estimate. Once a contract is signed and you've selected your materials and color, we'll order the materials and schedule your material delivery and installation date. On installation day, we begin by removing the existing roof and inspecting the decking underneath. Any necessary repairs are made before installing underlayment, ice and water shield in the valleys, drip edge at the eaves and rakes, and flashing around chimneys, pipes, and vents. We then install your new roofing system, including proper ventilation. Most residential projects take 1-3 days, depending on the size, material, and complexity of the roof. The job is completed with a final inspection and a thorough cleanup, and all old materials will be hauled off and disposed of in a provided dumpster. We take steps to protect your property by using tarps and safety equipment, but homeowners can help by moving vehicles, removing fragile items from walls, and keeping pets and children away from the work area during installation.

We replace all vents during installation and assess your current system to ensure you have proper airflow and ventilation for your home. However, homes with spray foam insulation require a different approach to ventilation depending on how the insulation is installed. If spray foam is applied to the attic floor, traditional attic ventilation is typically still required. However, if the foam is applied to the underside of the roof deck, the attic becomes a conditioned (sealed) space, which typically eliminates the need for traditional attic ventilation. If you have spray form insulation, let us know during your inspection so we can determine the proper ventilation setup for your home.
